Yes. The overall building size can be increased to accommodate a larger
bedroom while still maintaining a practical bathroom and open-plan living area.
Where included in the agreed standard scope, plumbing can include the bathroom
and kitchen plumbing together with water and sewer connections within the
standard 10 metre range. The approximate plumbing allocation is R25,000.
Where included, the electrical scope can cover full house wiring, plugs,
switches, DB box and the main supply cable within the standard 10 metre range.
The approximate electrical allocation is R22,000.
Requirements differ by project and local municipality. Building plans,
engineering requirements and municipal submission are therefore optional
services on our enquiry form rather than automatically added to every quotation.
No. Our standard foundation is on poles or stilts. A concrete slab is
