Nutec Wendy House Price
Modern fibre-cement Wendy house construction with timber framing and residential finishing options.
Compare Nutec fibre-cement and log/pine Wendy house prices before requesting your quotation. Our standard construction rate starts from R5,500/m² for Nutec and R4,600/m² for log/pine timber on qualifying projects from approximately 28m².
The term Wendy house does not mean that every structure is made from timber. A Wendy house can be constructed from Nutec fibre cement or log/pine timber. This is why prices must first be compared according to the construction material. After that, the final cost depends on total floor area, rooms, plumbing, electricity, veranda, foundation type, windows and other selected finishes.
These rates give you a practical starting point before we prepare a project-specific quotation.
